ACS has received three major awards, relating to its digital transformation and modern solutions to improve its customer experience, at this year's e-volution Awards, which recognize and reward innovative ideas, achievements and initiatives across a range of e-commerce sectors. trade. Specifically:

• Silver Award in the "Continuous Growth" category, for the renewed ACS Mobile App. With new service features such as "Courier e-Call", the digital assistant, ACiStant, the ACS Member digital card, the change of pick-up point and day, the ability to track the progress of the shipment, as well as the real-time update on the operation of the company's network of stores, ACS customers are now in full control of their shipments.
• Silver Award in the "Digital Transformation" category, for ACS Digital Transformation Solutions actions. The company has invested significantly in digital transformation actions, such as the ACiStant digital assistant and the upgrade of its website, in order to provide the best possible customer experience.
• Bronze award in the "Logistics & Last Mile Services" category, for ACS SmartPoint Lockers, the network of "smart" lockers that serves ACS customers 24/7 in Attica and Thessaloniki, with the option of paying their cash on delivery at the Locker's POS terminal (with Visa and Mastercard cards).
