The new ACiStant receives 4 awards at the e-volution Awards 2025
ACiStant is a Grand Winner in the
"e-Business Services & Infrastructures" category
ACS received four major distinctions at the e-volution Awards 2025, the largest e-commerce awards event in Greece. Specifically, ACiStant, the ACS new Digital Assistant, was honored as a Grand Winner in the "Services & Infrastructures of eCommerce" awards category, due to the Gold award it received in 2 subcategories ("Logistics & Last Mile Services", "Most Innovative New Services in eCommerce"), achieving the first place among the participants. At the same time, it also won a Silver award in the category "Innovation in eCommerce".
These awards seal ACS's commitment to investing in innovation and digital solutions, in odere to provide even higher quality and personalized services to its customers. The advanced ACiStant was developed and implemented in collaboration with SmartRep, utilizing artificial intelligence technologies, and serves users of the ACS website and the ACS Mobile App 24 hours a day, in Greek and English, on the following topics:
- Track and Trace
- Store Search
- Changing the pickup method and/or adding delivery instructions.
Since the latest ACiStant upgrade, customers can easily take advantage of the following new service features:
- ACS Smartpoint Lockers pick-up: Choosing the closest locker to pick up orders within 15 seconds, at the time that is convenient for the customer (24/7).
- Delivery to Neighbor: Choosing another recipient to pick up the customer's shipment.
- Change of Delivery Address: Picking up the shipment from the nearest ACS point.
- Delivery Instructions: Adding specific delivery instructions, such as the name on the bell, for the faster delivery of the customer's shipment.
It’s worth mentioning that, since the launch of ACiStant, over 3,200,000 queries from more than 660,000 customers have been digitally answered, with a success rate of 97%. ACS's commitment to innovation is demonstrated by the fact that, as part of the Digital Assistant enhancement, it has already advanced a new AI-based implementation, which allows recipients to communicate with a virtual ACiStant, while at the ACS Smartpoint Lockers, by scanning the unique QR code of each locker.
