We hereby inform you that due to the critical weather conditions (strong winds, heavy rainfall - thunderstorms) that prevail nationwide, there may be problems and delays in the pick-ups and deliveries of many ACS Network stores today 14/10 and tomorrow 15/10/21.

We assure you that we make every effort to resolve the issues caused by these conditions, so that we can serve you as soon as possible.

Last of all, please note that ACS had informed all its stores early this morning, so that they can take all necessary measures to ensure the health and safety of their couriers and store staff. The company monitors the developments of the weather phenomenon and adjusts its business plan accordingly, with the first concern the health protection of its people and the service of the absolutely necessary deliveries with absolute safety, following the instructions of the State.
