Contactless delivery via PIN code
As part of the continuous upgrade of its services, ACS offers its customers the possibility of contactless receipt of their shipments, using a unique code (PIN), without requiring the signature of the recipient.
The PIN will be sent to the recipient by sms or Viber message on their mobile phone for each shipment and can be used only once, for security reasons.
During the delivery process, the recipient will be able to use this new free service by letting the courier know that they have a contactless delivery PIN. The same procedure applies upon pick-up of the shipment at the delivery store.
Please note that the service will be available throughout Greece until the end of March via the sms or Viber messages sent to the recipients, where the contactless PIN will be mentioned.
ACS evaluates its services on a daily basis, with a view to improve the experience of its customers, while at the same time setting as a priority the health and safety of society as a whole.
