ACS: Clarifications on the Postal Voting Process
As part of informing voters about the Postal Voting, which is being conducted for the first time in Greece, ACS, having undertaken part of the deliveries and shipments for the electoral process, would like to clarify the following:
- The delivery of postal voting materials by ACS will be completed in the coming days.
- ACS can only receive postal vote shipments if the postal voting materials were dispatched by ACS (the envelope indicates the name of the company handling each shipment).
- The designated methods for delivering postal vote shipments to ACS are as follows:
- Delivery of the envelope with the postal vote to an ACS store:
- Visit one of the 300 ACS stores nationwide.

- The last day to deliver the electoral material to an ACS store is strictly June 4, 2024.
- Online appointment for collection from your location:
- Visit the link:
https://webapp.acscourier.net/postal-vote/#/v1/elect-num#/v1/elect - The location where the courier will arrive for collection is displayed on the screen. The collection of your vote can only be made from this address.
- Select the day you would like the courier to come to your location, as well as the time slot that suits you.
- Schedule the order for the collection of your postal vote from your location (online appointment) by May 24, 2024, for collections to be carried out by the ACS courier until June 3, 2024 (last collection day), to ensure timely delivery of your vote.
Please note that, voters who have received their voting materials via ACS can send an e-mail to epistoliki@acscourier.gr to resolve any issue related to their Postal Vote, including their contact details and their Special Electoral Number, which (if unknown) can be found either on the outside of the special voting envelope (13-digit number) or on the website https://mpp.ypes.gov.gr](https://mpp.ypes.gov.gr .
