ACS: The digital assistant "ACiStant" active on the company's website

On the occasion of the World Innovation Day, on Friday, April 21, the digital assistant "ACiStant" was activated on the ACS website, which serves the visitors of the website with the use of artificial intelligence, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
ACiStant appears permanently at the bottom right of the site www.acscourier.net, opens with a "click" on the relevant icon and serves the visitor, in both Greek and English, on the following topics:
- Track & Trace
- ACS Point Locator
- Cost & Transit Times
- Pick-up point or delivery day change (ACS Redirect)
Using ACiStant is simple, as for each topic, possible questions that the visitor is asked to answer, appear on the screen. With the relevant option, it proceeds to the next stage, until his service is completed.
This new digital assistant evolves the ACS website, providing even more flexibility in customer service. At the same time, it proves once again the company's commitment to the implementation of its digital transformation, responding to its position as a leader in the courier industry.
