ACS presented for the first time to the public the new ACS Smartpoint Lockers, at booth A1 of the ECDM Expo 2022, the largest exhibition for E-Commerce and Digital Marketing in Southeast Europe, held on May 14 and 15, at Zappeion Megaron.

Company executives presented to the visitors of the exhibition, which was the main sponsor of ACS, the installed ACS Smartpoint Locker and the service possibilities it offers to the online stores (e-shops) and to their customers.

Specifically, with the ACS Smartpoint Lockers ("smart" lockers KePol of KEBA), the partner online store provides its customer with the ability to pick up their order at any time or day (24/7), easily and quickly, from the nearest ACS Smart Point, using a unique password (PIN) received on his mobile phone. At the same time, the customer-recipient has the unique possibility for the Greek payment data of his electronic order and by cash on delivery at the POS of the locker, using a bank card (Visa, Mastercard). Also, great importance has been given to the safety of the lockers, as ACS Smartpoint Lockers have an alarm system and LED lighting, while the order is received without human contact, which allows the recipient to be safe, even in difficult health conditions, such as those of the COVID 19 pandemic. It is noted that the operating software of the "smart" mailboxes, but also the possibility of payment of cash on delivery through the integrated POS, has been fully implemented by ACS, while providing an interface of ACS Smartpoint lockers with the widely used e-shop platforms (e.g. x Wordpress, Magento, Shopify, WooComerce, OpenCart etc) in collaboration with AfterSalesPro.
