ACS: Double distinction at the Supply Chain Awards 2023

ACS received a gold and a silver award at the Supply Chain Awards 2023, which for the 7th year recognized good practice, innovative initiatives and projects in the fields of Supply Chain, Logistics and Transport.

In more detail, the company distinguished itself with:

• A Gold Award in the "Best Courier Practices" category for the ACS SmartPoint Lockers network. The development of the ACS SmartPoint Lockers network is one of the most important pillars of the company's development strategy for the coming years, as well as the future of the courier market in Greece and abroad. The company has already installed 155 ACS SmartPoint Lockers in Athens, Thessaloniki, major cities and islands throughout Greece and will vigorously continue the further expansion of its network of "smart" lockers.

• A Silver Award in the category "Excellence in last-mile Delivery / Service" for ACS Mobile App, its mobile application, which is constantly updated with new features. It includes all the necessary elements to be a "one-stop shop" for the contact between customers and ACS. With features like 'Courier e-Call', ACiStant digital assistant, ACS Member digital card, change of pick-up point and day, ability to track shipment progress, as well as real-time update on operation of the company's network of stores, ACS customers are now in full control of their shipments.
