GIVE-AWAY CONTEST TERMS

1. The give-away contest can be attended by all permanent residents of Greece over the age of 18, who have made at least one shipment or received at least one shipment through the organizing company 'ACS S.A.' and has the ACS Mobile App installed on their mobile device, are eligible to enter the contest. The contest is conducted exclusively through the ACS Mobile App.The details of every participant in the contest are registered in the "ACS S.A." mobile app, which the participant can download to his mobile phone, or from the company's website, where there are relevant reports and instructions for the customers, either directly from the App Store and Play Store, or from the special sticker located at the protective plexiglass of the ACS store’s reception, which can be found in a large number of the company's network stores. The participants in the contest are solely responsible for the complete and correct information they declare when registering in the above application, and the company has the right to cancel entries based on incomplete and correct information. Excluded from the draw are those employed in a dependent work relationship or salaried mandate in the companies of the Quest Group, as well as their spouses and relatives, up to the second degree.
2. The contest will be open for entries from 17/03/2025 to 11/05/2025. It is explicitly stated that after the contest deadline has expired, no participation will be accepted and any new participation will be considered as never submitted, not binding the Organizing Company regarding the timeliness of the contest. In this case, participants with late entries in the contest explicitly, unconditionally, and irrevocably accept that they do not acquire any right or claim against the Organizing Company (ACS S.A) for any reason, and by doing so, they explicitly waive any related claim. Valid entries are those that have taken place from the start time to the end time of the contest, according to the participation procedure described above. The Organizing Company is not responsible in case of errors or incomplete registration of details or incomplete entries.
3. The participants must: a) have carried out at least one (1) shipment either to send or to receive with ACS, during the contest period from 17/03/2025 to 11/05/2025 by providing their mobile phone and if they wish also their electronic account (e-mail), b) to download the ACS Mobile App application to their mobile phone c) to visit the "My Shipments" section of the ACS mobile app application, where they will have the opportunity to participate in the contest for every single shipment, d) to complete the company's online evaluation questionnaire and e) to accept the participation in the lottery contest by accepting the conditions of the contest at the end of the questionnaire.
4. The winners will be selected through an electronic lottery at the company's headquarters, located at 36-38 Petrou Ralli Street, 122 41 Egaleo. The draw will be held by May 15, 2025, in the presence of a notary using the webpage https://www.random.org/ or the webpage https://wheelofnames.com/el/, both of which use automated software processes with no human intervention, mediation, or influence in the result generation. Information regarding the validity and reliability of this process is available on random.org at https://www.random.org/faq/ for the first platform and at https://wheelofnames.com/faq#randomness for the second platform. If for any reason the draw cannot take place on the specified day and time, the Organizing Company has the right to change the day and time of the draw with prior notice on its website acscourier.gr and on its social media channels, without any responsibility for this change. In case the winner's details are clearly incorrect or false, the Organizing Company reserves the right to repeat the draw excluding that particular winner from the second draw or to set a new date and time at the same location to repeat the procedure.
5. A total of eight (8) draws will take place on the same day, and each participant will have the right to participate as many times as they have participated, i.e., as many evaluations as they have made for their shipments. Four (4) winners and one (1) runner-up will be drawn per draw (i.e., a total of four (4) runner-ups). The first two winners (i.e., 1st and 2nd) will win an ''iPhone 16' 128GB, Black, 6.1’’, and the next two winners (i.e., 3rd and 4th) will win a pair of Airpods 4, with their charging case.
6. The winners will be notified by phone and/or by message (viber/sms) and/or by e-mail (if registered by the participant) by the company. In the event that it is not possible to contact one of the winners of the contest within a period of ten (10) calendar days from the day of the draw and sending them a relevant written message, or the winner of the draw for any reason does not contact the company within the above period of time (either by phone or via e-mail to cx@acscourier.gr), this person permanently loses their right to the relevant gift and the position of the winner in question will be taken by the runner-up for the specific draw, who will also be informed by the company by phone and/or by message (viber/sms) and/or by e-mail (if registered by the participant) and who must likewise communicate within five (5) calendar days from the day  of the relevant written message by the company (either by phone or via the e-mail cx@acscourier.gr), otherwise they permanently lose their right to the relevant gift. In the event that it is established upon contacting the winner that they are under 18 years of age, their participation will be canceled and their place will be taken by the runner-up.
7. Furthermore, the participation in the contest constitutes a clear declaration on behalf of the participant within the meaning of Law 4624/2019 and the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data 679/2016 (GDPR), with the sole purpose of conducting the Competition, highlighting the winners and the delivery of the prize to them. By participating in the contest, each participant accepts that the Organizer processes the personal data they have provided to the Organizer and further collects, registers and maintains them, in particular their first/surname, mobile phone and/or e-mail, (which themselves have registered during the registration process in the ACS Mobile App) exclusively for the purpose of conducting the contest, for the selection of winners and the performance of the respective gift, as described in particular in article 5. The above data will be kept in a file that will be kept until the communication with the winners of the contest is completed, after which they will be deleted, except for the data that may be required to be kept for a longer period of time, according to the current legislation. In particular, the names of the winners of the contest will be posted on the official website of the Company and on the social media it manages, i.e. on Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter & TikTok. 8. All participants in the contest fully and without any reservation accept the present detailed terms and in case they win, they provide their consent for the posting of their names on the official website of the Company and on the Company’s social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter & TikTok). If someone does not accept the above conditions, they cannot participate in the contest.
9. It is emphasized that the contest prizes are personal, cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable to a third party.
10. The winner will collect the prize from the location they selected, using the unique PIN number that is sent to the winner upon notification of the arrival of the prize (along with the corresponding proof) at the ACS location from which they requested the collection. The Organizing Company is not responsible for any other obligations beyond the delivery of the prize.
