CONTEST TERMS

1. All permanent residents of Greece over the age of 18, who have made at least one shipment or received at least one shipment from the company "ACS S.M.S.A.", are eligible to enter the contest.
   The details of the participant in the contest are registered in the "ACS S.M.S.A." mobile app, which the participant can download to his mobile phone, or from the company's website, where there are relevant reports and instructions for the customers, either directly from the App Store and Play Store, or finally from the special sticker affixed to the protective plexiglass of the reception of a large number of the company's stores.
   The participant in the contest is solely responsible for the complete and correct information he declares when registering in the above application, and the company has the right to cancel entries based on incomplete and correct information. Excluded from the draw are those employed in a dependent work relationship or salaried mandate in the companies of the Quest Group, as well as their spouses and relatives, up to the second degree. 
   
   
2. The contest will be open for entries from 10/7/2024 to 25/08/2024
   
   
3. The participant must: a) have carried out at least one (1) shipment either to send or to receive with ACS, during the contest period from 10/7/2024 to 25/08/2024 by providing his mobile phone and if he wishes and his electronic account (e-mail), b) to download the ACS Mobile App application) to his mobile phone c) to go to the "My Shipments" section of the ACS mobile app application where it will be under each mission the opportunity to participate in the contest, d) to complete the company's online evaluation questionnaire and at the end e) to accept the participation in the lottery contest by accepting the conditions of the contest at the end of the questionnaire.
   
   
4. A total of three (3) winners and one (1) runner-up will be selected per draw.
   Each winner will win a "€700- worth summer holiday package".
   In total, there will be three (3) draws on the same day and each participant will have the right to participate once or twice.

5. The winners will be selected through an electronic lottery at the company's headquarters, which will take place on 29/08/2024. The winners will be notified by phone and/or by message (viber/sms) and/or by e-mail (if registered by the participant) by the company. In the event that it is not possible to contact one of the winners of the contest within a period of ten (10) calendar days from the day of the draw and sending him a relevant written message, or the winner of the draw, for any reason, does not contact the company within the above period of time (either by phone or via email to cx@acscourier.gr), this person permanently loses his right to the relevant gift and the position of the winner in question will be taken by the runner-up for the specific draw, the who will also be informed by the company by phone and/or by message (viber/sms) and/or by e-mail (if registered by the participant) and who must likewise communicate within five (5) calendar days from the day of dispatch to him with a relevant written message (either by phone or via email at cx@acscourier.gr), otherwise he permanently loses his right to the relevant gift. In the event that it is established upon contacting the winner that he is under 18 years of age, his participation will be canceled and his place will be taken by the runner-up.
   
   
6. Furthermore, the participation in the contest constitutes a clear declaration on behalf of the participant within the meaning of Law 4624/2019 and the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data 679/2016 (GDPR), with the sole purpose of conducting the Competition, highlighting the winners and the delivery of the Prize to them.
   By participating in the contest, each participant accepts that the Organizer processes the personal data he has provided to the Organizer and further collects, registers and maintains them, in particular his first/surname, mobile phone and/or email, (which he himself has declared during registration in the ACS Mobile App) exclusively for the purpose of conducting the contest, for the selection of winners and the performance of the respective gift, as described in particular in article 5.
   The above data will be kept in a file that will be kept until the communication with the winners of the contest is completed, after which they will be deleted, except for the data that may be required to be kept for a longer period of time, according to the current legislation. In particular, the names of the winners of the contest will be posted on the official website of the Company and on the social media it manages, i.e. on Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin & Twitter.

7. All participants in the contest fully and without any reservation accept the present detailed terms and in case they win, they provide their consent for the posting of their names on the official website of the Company and on social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & Twitter). which manages. If someone does not accept the above conditions, they cannot participate in the contest.
   
   

8. The contest prizes cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable to a third party.

9. By participating in the contest, the winners accept the terms and conditions governing air, sea, and other transportation, as well as those of the hotels they will stay in. They must also comply with all provisions of the terms and restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic, in accordance with Greek law.

10. Contest winners must declare their desired travel dates at least thirty days prior to the desired date, and the trips must be completed within one year from the date the winners are announced. In case of full booking on the desired dates, alternative travel dates will be proposed to the winners, and in such cases, the completion time may be extended beyond one year.
