Technical problem in the IT systems
Dear Customers,
We would like to inform you that yesterday 13/7/23 we had an emergency technical problem in our IT systems, which affected our call center, our website, our digital assistant ACiStant, as well as the operation of our stores. Some of the issues have now been resolved and we can assure you that all of our teams are working hard to resolve all of the issues that occurred. We fully understand your concern about the handling of your shipments and we would like to assure you that we are doing everything in our power to restore the technical issue. We appreciate your patience and understanding and will update you with a further notice, regarding the progress of all respective issues that we are facing.
