We would like to inform you that ACS cannot know the content of the shipments in transit, therefore the company is not liable if this content does not correspond to the agreement between the sender (e.g. the purchase shop) and the recipient. In case any issue arises, regarding the transaction between them, the recipient is recommended to contact the sender/purchase shop.

Last of all, we would like to remind you that, in accordance with the ACS General Terms of Carriage and Obligations, ACS undertakes the receipt and handling of consignments only under the condition that their contents are not part of the prohibited items’ list.
